The Diamond FX Splitcake Spring Time (30gr) is a professional one stroke face paint on a wax base with four spring colours in one cake: Essential Dark Blue, Essential Sea Green, Essential White and Essential Light Green. The wax base lets you build up layers without the colours bleeding into each other straight away. This 30 gram cake paints 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Dampen your brush or sponge slightly and sweep it across all four colours in one go. This picks up all the shades at once and lets you place them on the skin in a single stroke. Keep your water clean using a water pot and use a spray bottle to moisten the cake lightly without over-saturating it.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that don't shed. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For covering large areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water beside your workspace prevents colours from mixing or turning dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier helps with removal and prevents staining with intense shades like Sea Green or Dark Blue.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and lets pigment sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Can you paint Diamond FX over other colours?
