Returns

Of course, it is possible to return your order or products, provided this is done in accordance with the return conditions as set out in our general terms and conditions. You can read more about returning orders via SchminkenGrime in our general terms and conditions.

You may return the products without giving any reason within a period of 14 working days after receiving them. The products must be returned in good and unused condition and in their original packaging. Within 14 days after SchminkenGrime has received the returned products, the purchase amount of the products will be refunded to your bank account.

If you wish to return products, please always contact SchminkenGrime first. Register your return via info@schminkengrime.nl and we will send you the return form by email, which you can include with your return shipment. This helps speed up the return process.

PLEASE NOTE: If products are returned damaged, used, opened, or without the original packaging, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. This is due to hygiene reasons.
