Would you like to return your order or part of it? You can do so within 14 days after receiving your order, provided the products meet our return conditions.
Registering a return
Would you like to return a product? Please register your return first by emailing info@schminkengrime.nl. We will then email you the return form. Complete the form and include it with your return shipment. This helps us process your return more quickly. After registering your return, you can also download the return form using the link below.
Return conditions
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of products that:
- are unused and undamaged;
- are unopened;
- are in their original packaging;
- have not had any seal or protective seal broken.
Has a product been used, opened or damaged, or has the seal been broken? In that case, we cannot accept the product for return for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs
The cost of returning your order is at your own expense. You arrange the return shipment yourself with a carrier of your choice.
Please send your return directly to our return address and not to a collection point. We are unable to accept shipments sent to a collection point.
Refund
After we have received your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products. If the return meets the conditions, we will refund the amount due within 14 days via our payment provider.
If you return the entire order, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded. The cost of returning your order is at your own expense.
