How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a little clean water. Mist the splitcake lightly with a spray bottle or use a slightly damp brush. Move your brush horizontally across all three colours at once for a smooth gradient. Keep colours clean by working with a water pot and refreshing the water regularly.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that leave no fibres. For details and fine work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your workstation prevents the pink, red and white tones from blending before you want them to.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cold to lukewarm water. Hot water opens pores and lets pigment sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all paint is gone.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
