Ordering and shipping
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped with PostNL. Below you can read when your order will be shipped, how you can track your package and which shipping costs apply to the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries.
Ordered on working days before 17:00 = shipped the same day
Do you place and pay for your order on a working day before 17:00? Then we will ship your order the same day.
Orders placed from Friday 17:00 up to and including Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Within the Netherlands, a large number of packages are delivered the next working day. Please keep in mind that after handing the package over to PostNL, we no longer have control over the delivery. Due to busy periods or delays at the carrier, your package may be delivered later.
Shipping with PostNL
We ship our orders with PostNL. Orders to many other European countries are also shipped via the PostNL shipping service. Delivery times vary by country and destination.
Track & Trace
At the end of the day, our packages are collected by PostNL. As soon as your shipment has been processed by PostNL, you will automatically receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
With this code you can track your order and see when your package is expected to be delivered.
What happens if you are not at home?
Are you not at home when your order is delivered? Depending on the delivery options, the carrier may deliver the package to your neighbours or take it to a collection point.
PostNL no longer always leaves a note for this. Therefore, check the Track & Trace or the PostNL app to see where your package has been delivered.
If a package is not collected from a collection point within the indicated period, the package will be returned to SchminkenGrime.nl. We can then send the order to you again. The costs for this new shipment are at your own expense. If you do not want the order to be shipped again, we can refund the order amount minus the shipping costs.

Shipping outside the European Union
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, an additional shipping surcharge may apply due to the weight or destination. If this applies to your order, we will contact you.
Any import duties, taxes or other costs charged by the country of destination are not included in our shipping costs.

Returning a product?
