Shipping service PostNL
When you place an order with us, it will be shipped via PostNL. We chose PostNL because it is a reliable partner that delivers 98% of shipments within the Netherlands the next day. We also ship to other European countries with PostNL's service. On the PostNL website, you can easily check the delivery time to other countries.
Ordered on working days before 17:00 = shipped the same day
Orders placed and paid for on working days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day with PostNL. Orders placed from Friday 17:00 until Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note that delays at the carrier may cause delivery to be later.
Not home during delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will offer the package to your neighbors or return the next working day for a new delivery attempt, or it will go to a pickup point. No more paper notes are left because the carrier no longer does this, and you can check via the carrier's app whether it is at a pickup point. If it is not picked up in time, it will return to SchminkenGrime.nl, and we can resend it at shipping costs or refund the order amount minus the shipping costs.
Track & Trace code by email
At the end of the day, the packages are picked up by PostNL. As soon as the driver delivers them at the PostNL distribution center, they are scanned, and you will receive an automatically generated email from us with your track & trace code so you can follow the package until it is delivered to you.

All mentioned prices are subject to possible price increases and surcharges. In general, the prices are sufficient. If a weight surcharge applies, the customer will be informed by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media. This applies to all countries outside the European Union.

Returns
Return policy
Not satisfied with the product or ordered the wrong one? Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return the product. Please follow the steps below.
Register
- Send an email to info@schminkengrime.nl to register your return. You will receive a return form via email that you must include with the order for quick processing.
Packaging
- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box and ensure it is well protected to prevent damage. If the product is damaged, we cannot accept the return.
- If the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept it due to hygiene reasons.
- Place the completed return form in the box, which you will receive by email when registering your return.
- Stick the return label clearly on the box. You must arrange the shipment yourself and email the tracking number to info@schminkengrime.nl

- Drop off the package at the post office
- Keep the shipping receipt
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refund
When do we refund? We will refund your costs (purchase price and original shipping costs, not the return costs) within 14 days of cancellation and receipt of the return by SchminkenGrime.nl, provided it meets all conditions.
What do you get back?
You will receive the full purchase amount back, including the originally paid shipping and payment costs, provided the product is returned undamaged, unopened, and unused to SchminkenGrime.nl. If the product is returned damaged, used, or opened, we cannot accept it, and no refund will be issued.
Where will I receive the refund?
We will refund the amount using the same method you used to pay. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
Return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. It must be sent via parcel post so we can track the shipment, and you have proof of shipping and delivery.
