The Diamond FX Splitcake Sweet Paradise (30gr) is a professional wax-based face paint with five metallic shades in one splitcake. The colours, Metallic Pink, Metallic Yellow, Metallic Green and Metallic Blue, are highly pigmented and deliver a glossy shimmer finish in a single stroke. With this 30gr cake you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface lightly with a spray bottle, or pick up colour with a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Drag your brush in one continuous stroke across all shades to create an instant colour blend. Keep a water pot nearby and refresh the water regularly to keep the metallic colours clean and bright.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that leave no fluff. For detail work and sharp lines use the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For covering large areas work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your workspace stops colours from mixing or turning dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shades like Metallic Blue and Metallic Green.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and drives pigment deeper into the skin - avoid it. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all colour is gone.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
