The Diamond FX Splitcake Spice Wreck (30gr) is a professional wax-based face paint in four metallic autumn shades: Metallic Copper, Metallic Old Gold, Metallic Gold and Metallic Bronze. The wax base lets you work in layers without the colours bleeding into each other. With this 30 gram cake you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint
Activate the face paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface lightly with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the paint. Clean water keeps colours crisp and bright - use a water pot and change the water between colours.
Tips for a professional result
- Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic fibres that leave no bristle marks. For detail work and line work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
- Use the right sponge. For covering larger areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
- Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water on your workstation prevents colours from mixing or turning muddy.
- Protective base for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier layer makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense metallic shades.
How to remove Diamond FX face paint
Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cold to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid that. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.
For a cleaner and quicker removal without scrubbing:
- Diamond FX Skin Soap - developed specifically for removing Diamond FX face paint
- Remover Towel - a damp cloth that wipes the face paint off in one go, ideal at events and children's parties

Frequently asked questions
Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?
Large temperature differences during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear on use. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.
Is Diamond FX safe for children?
Yes, Diamond FX Splitcakes are gluten-free, fragrance-, paraben- and lanolin-free and contain no animal-derived ingredients. The Metallic range is formulated with EU- and FDA-compliant cosmetic ingredients and suitable for the sensitive skin of children and adults. Always do a patch test 24 hours in advance for sensitive skin.
How many faces can you paint with 30 grams?
With a 30 gram cake you can paint approximately 10 to 15 full faces, depending on layer thickness and technique.
What is the difference between Essential, Metallic and Neon?
Essential is matte base face paint. Metallic has a glossy shimmer finish. Neon colours glow under UV/blacklight - Neon Blue, Violet and White are semi-transparent in regular light and only become vivid under UV/blacklight; the other Neon colours are opaque and vibrant.
Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
Yes, that is one of its strengths. The wax base and high pigmentation mean the top colour covers without the underlying colour showing through. Product photos are taken under professional daylight lamps without colour editing. Colours may vary slightly depending on monitor settings.
Compliant with EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009. Product photos are taken under professional lighting. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen settings.
