When can I expect my order?
If you place and pay for your order before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. Within the Netherlands, you can usually expect delivery the next day, except during weekends. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday and are normally delivered on Tuesday if PostNL operates as usual. Delays can always happen, but we do not expect them. For orders outside the Netherlands, please check the delivery times on the PostNL website. Orders to Belgium are delivered the next day in 9 out of 10 cases. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays.
From what amount is shipping free?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €65.00 and free shipping to Belgium for orders over €85.00. For other countries, please visit our "Ordering and Shipping" page.
Are the photos on the website accurate in terms of image and color?
Yes, the colors are generally accurate, but most photos are supplied by our suppliers and taken in professional studios, so colors may vary slightly. A photo will always look a little different compared to seeing the product in real life. Unfortunately, we cannot change this because we receive these images from our suppliers. If you have any doubts about a color or product, feel free to contact us by email at info@schminkengrime.nl. Screen quality, resolution, brightness and even the time of day can all affect how colors appear. It is almost impossible to display exact colors perfectly, but we do our best. If in doubt, just contact us.
Would you sponsor our event?
Every year we support a number of selected causes and events. We receive sponsorship requests almost daily, so we carefully choose a few events that we feel are a good match for us. If your event is selected, we would love to sponsor something fun. Unfortunately, we do have to decline many requests because of the large number of applications. A good story and clear explanation are always appreciated, but please understand that we cannot participate in everything.
Can I order products first and pay later?
Yes, you can. We offer a “pay after delivery” option, although additional costs apply to this service. Pay after delivery is only available for orders within the Netherlands and for a minimum order amount of €75.00. If you choose bank transfer, your order will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Can I return products?
Yes, absolutely. Send an email with the products you would like to return and your order number to info@schminkengrime.nl. We will send you a return form, which must be included with the returned products. If possible, please also mention the reason for the return. Because these are cosmetic products, items must be unopened, unused and undamaged for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, we are unable to resell them. Return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.
I placed an order with bank transfer. Will my order still be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. Orders paid by bank transfer are not shipped before payment is completed.
Are all products always in stock?
All products shown in our webshop are normally in stock. If an item unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, we can usually deliver it within a few working days. If you prefer not to wait, we will refund the purchase amount of the product.
What is your delivery time?
If you place your order before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day and, if PostNL performs as expected, you should receive it the next day. Delays at PostNL can unfortunately always happen and are beyond our control.
What are your shipping costs?
Orders over €65.00 are shipped free within the Netherlands. Orders to Belgium are shipped free for orders over €85.00. For orders below €65.00 within the Netherlands, shipping costs start from €5.95 depending on your order value. For orders to Belgium below €85.00, shipping costs start from €6.95 depending on your order value. We ship with PostNL.
Can I also collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order during our opening hours. If that does not suit you, we can always arrange another pickup time together. Free parking is available at our location.
I am not satisfied with the product and want to cancel my purchase. Is that possible?
Yes, that is possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to cancel your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days. Because these are cosmetic products, the item must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged within 14 days after purchase. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Send us an email that you wish to return a product and we will send you the return form.
If I have a complaint, what should I do?
Send us an email with your complaint. There is always a solution for every problem and we will work it out together.

We offer almost all common payment methods, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
Do you also sell business to business?
