The Diamond FX Splitcake Neon Rose (30gr) is a professional wax-based face paint with four vivid neon shades in one cake: Essential Black Eye, Neon Pink, Neon Purple and Neon White. The colours glow under UV/blacklight. The wax base lets you build up layers without the colours bleeding into each other. This 30g cake paints 10 to 15 full faces.

Diamond FX Neon is gluten-free, free from animal-derived ingredients, parabens, fragrance and lanolin. The Neon range is independently skin-safety tested. How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a little clean water. Mist the cake lightly with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the cake. Sweep the brush from left to right across all shades to pick them up together - this creates the one stroke colour blend in a single stroke. Work with a water pot and refresh the water between designs to keep colours clean.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with smooth synthetic bristles that don't shed. For detail work and fine lines, use the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your workspace prevents colours from mixing or going dull.
• Protective layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin as a barrier beforehand. This makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense neon shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, which allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the paint is gone.

Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?

Large temperature fluctuations during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear with use. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.

Is Diamond FX Neon safe for children?

Essential is matte base face paint. Metallic has a glossy shimmer finish. Neon colours glow under UV/blacklight - Neon Blue, Violet and White are semi-transparent in regular light and only come to life under UV/blacklight; the other Neon colours are opaque and vivid.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
