Diamond FX Splitcake Neon Sweet 30gr - one stroke face paint wax-based

The Diamond FX Splitcake Neon Sweet 30gr is a one stroke face paint on wax-basis with vibrant neon colours that glow under UV/blacklight. The splitcake contains two neon shades - Neon Magenta and Neon Purple - side by side in one cake. With a single brush stroke you pick up both colours at once, making it quick to create stripes, flames, butterflies and flowers. With 30 grams you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

Diamond FX Neon is gluten-free, free from animal ingredients, parabens, fragrance and lanolin. The Neon range is independently skin-safety tested. How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface lightly with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the paint. Work with a water container and refresh the water regularly - clean water keeps your colours bright and true.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are specially designed for face paint with smooth synthetic bristles that leave no fluff. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For larger areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water container with fresh water next to your workstation prevents colours from muddying or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin first. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining from intense neon shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens pores and lets pigment sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Why does the face paint sometimes have small cracks?

Large temperature changes during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. These usually disappear once you start using the cake. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.

Is Diamond FX Neon Sweet safe for children?

Diamond FX Neon is gluten-free, fragrance-, paraben- and lanolin-free and contains no animal ingredients. Neon is special-effects pigmentation and independently skin-safety tested, but not structurally FDA-cosmetic classified - use it for UV/blacklight effects and not for everyday cosmetic use. Always do a patch test 24 hours in advance for sensitive skin.

How many faces can you paint with 30 grams?

With a 30 gram cake you can paint approximately 10 to 15 full faces, depending on layer thickness and technique.

What is the difference between Essential, Metallic and Neon?

Essential is matte base face paint. Metallic has a glossy shimmer finish. Neon colours glow under UV/blacklight - Neon Blue, Violet and White are semi-transparent under regular light and only come alive under UV/blacklight; the other Neon colours are opaque and vivid.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?

Yes, that is one of its strengths. The wax base and high pigmentation mean the top colour covers without the underlying colour showing through. Product photos are taken under professional daylight lamps without colour editing. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
