ProAiir Profile Stencil Song Bird
The ProAiir Profile Stencils are designed to make up half a face in minutes. With this Song Bird Profile Stencil, you place a songbird character on the side of the face. Position the stencil, press it flat, airbrush, lift it off, done. Ideal for kids parties, animal-themed events and workshops where you need a recognisable design quickly.
Note: these stencils are designed for use with an airbrush. Using a makeup sponge or finger sponge is possible, but the size of the stencil makes it more of a challenge.
What is the Profile Stencil Song Bird?
A reusable makeup stencil cut from flexible, semi-transparent 7-mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick). One character design per stencil: in this case a Song Bird character for the side of the face, as a half-face stencil for animal and nature-themed work.
The images on the product photos are examples. The colour that lands on the skin is entirely your choice, based on the makeup you use.

- Built for airbrush. The stencil works with your ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink or Endura for the sharpest result. A damp sponge with face paint works too, but the size of the stencil makes fine detail harder to achieve.

- Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it properly, store it flat, and it will last for years.
- Follows the contours of the face. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits snugly against the cheek, forehead and nose bridge without the edges lifting.
How to use the stencil
- Position the stencil flat against one side of the face, with the eye opening around the eye.
- Spray with an airbrush for the best, most detailed result. Or dab with a damp makeup sponge if you don't have an airbrush. Bear in mind that fine detail is harder to achieve because of the stencil size.
- Lift the stencil straight off. Don't slide it across the skin or the lines will smear.
Tip with face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint bleeds under the edges, making your lines fuzzy.
Cleaning and storage
Used face paint? Rinse the stencil under lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Pat it dry gently and leave it lying flat until fully dry. Don't roll or fold it, or the mylar will develop permanent creases.
Used ProAiir Hybrid or Ink? Clean the stencil with 99.9% alcohol or ProAiir ProClean. These dissolve the alcohol-based makeup without swelling the mylar.
For storage: keep the stencil flat in a stencil rack or between two sheets of paper inside a flat folder.
