The Diamond FX Splitcake Cucumber Rage 50gr is a professional wax-based face paint in one-stroke format, combining five colours in a single splitcake: Metallic Gold, Essential Dark Green, Essential Light Green, Essential Yellow and Essential Black. The wax base lets you build layers without the colours immediately bleeding into each other. With 50 grams you can paint approximately 15 to 22 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the cake using a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush directly into the splitcake. Clean water keeps colours vivid and pure - use a water bowl and change the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that won't leave fibres behind. For detail work and line work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For covering larger areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water bowl with fresh water next to your workspace prevents the green shades from mudding or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shades such as dark green or black.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, which allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid this. Massage the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the paint is gone.
