The Diamond FX Splitcake Spring Party 50gr is a professional one stroke face paint on wax base with six fresh spring colours in one compact. Because of the wax base, colours don't blend into each other straight away, so you can create smooth colour transitions in a single brush stroke. This 50 gram compact lets you paint roughly 15 to 22 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the splitcake with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush directly into the compact. Clean water keeps colours pure and bright - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed for face paint with smooth synthetic bristles that don't leave fluff. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Detail Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For larger areas use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with clean water next to your kit stops colours mixing or turning dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This protective layer makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense pigments.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - you want to avoid that. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
