How to use the Ben Nye Matte HD Foundation Palette

Apply the crème foundation with a sponge, filbert brush or synthetic foam sponge. Use the built-in mixing palette in the lid to blend custom shades.

• Sheer coverage: apply a thin layer with a damp sponge for a natural, light finish.
• Full coverage: stipple on with a dry sponge or brush and build layers for maximum coverage.
• Custom shades: mix shades directly on the mixing palette in the lid using a spatula for a precise skin tone match.

Setting and removal

Set the foundation with Ben Nye Neutral Set Powder using a powder puff or large powder brush. For extra hold under strong lighting or longer shoots, seal with Ben Nye Final Seal.

Remove the foundation at the end of the day with Ben Nye Quick Cleanse or Mehron Blank Canvas Remover, followed by warm water and a gentle facial soap.
