Ben Nye Final Seal, 60ml is a matte setting spray by Ben Nye that makes your face paint, grime and make-up smudge-proof, waterproof and transfer-resistant. The 60ml is the compact size - ideal if you use make-up regularly but don't always need the larger pro bottle. What is Ben Nye Final Seal?

Final Seal is a finishing spray on an alcohol base that you apply over your completed make-up. The spray forms a protective layer that resists wear, perspiration and contact with clothing. Suitable for cream make-up, face paint, clown grime and SFX designs.

Final Seal is available in five sizes: 30ml (travel size), 60ml (compact), 120ml (standard pro), 240ml (large pro) and 500ml (production size). The 60ml fits easily in a make-up bag and is ideal for personal use or smaller productions.

How to use the sealer

Step 1: powder your make-up. Before spraying, apply a light layer of translucent setting powder over your cream make-up. This helps Final Seal bond properly without weakening the colour.

Step 2: spray from a distance. Hold the bottle 25-30 cm from the face or body. Apply in a smooth, light motion across the surface. Close your eyes and mouth while spraying and don't inhale.

Step 3: leave to dry. Final Seal dries quickly. After 30-60 seconds the look is set and ready. Don't touch the surface while it's drying.

Pro tip from Linda: For extra durability, you can activate Diamond FX or other face paints directly with Ben Nye Final Seal instead of water. This creates a stronger, better-bonding layer that's ideal for outdoor summer shows, sports events, theatre and long shoot days.

Removal

Remove with Ben Nye Hydra Cleanse (oil-free) or Ben Nye Quick Cleanse. Wipe away the make-up with a cotton pad, then rinse with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser. If you have sensitive skin, apply a moisturiser after cleansing.
