ProAiir Profile Stencil Mozart
The ProAiir Profile Stencils are designed to paint half a face in no time. With this Mozart Profile Stencil you apply a sweet, recognisable Mozart character design to the side of the face. Place the stencil, press it flat, airbrush over it, lift it off, done. Perfect for kids' parties and birthdays, theme events, and workshops.
Note: these stencils are designed for use with an airbrush. Working with a makeup sponge or finger sponge is possible too, but the size of the stencil makes it more of a challenge.
What is the Profile Stencil Mozart?
A reusable makeup stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm). One character design per stencil: in this case the Mozart character cut into mylar as a half-face stencil for the side of the face, suitable for children's and festive looks.
The images in the product photos are examples. The colour that lands on the skin is determined by the makeup you choose to use.
Why pick this stencil?
- Built for airbrush. The stencil works with your ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink or Endura for the sharpest result. A damp sponge or face paint works too, but the size makes fine detail harder to achieve.
- Quick character effect. A complete Mozart look in 2 to 3 minutes. Great when you need to work through a queue of kids at a birthday party without long waits.
- Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it well and store it flat, and it will last for years.
- Follows the contour of the face. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits neatly against the cheek, forehead and nose bridge without the edges lifting.
How to use the stencil
- Place the stencil flat against one side of the face, with the eye cutout around the eye.
- Spray with the airbrush for the best, most detailed result. Or dab with a damp makeup sponge if you do not have an airbrush. Bear in mind that fine detail is harder to achieve with a sponge given the size of the stencil.
- Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the lines will smear.
Tip for face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, making your lines blurry.
Cleaning and storage
Used face paint? Rinse the stencil under lukewarm water with a small amount of mild soap. Pat it gently dry and leave it lying flat until it is completely dry. Do not roll or fold it, as this creates permanent creases in the mylar.
Used ProAiir Hybrid or Ink? Clean the stencil with 99.9% alcohol or ProAiir ProClean. These dissolve the alcohol-based makeup without swelling the mylar.
For storage: keep the stencil flat in a stencil rack or between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
