The ProAiir QuickEZ Circuit Board stencil puts a crisp printed-circuit motif on the skin in one go. Press it down, airbrush or dab with a face paint sponge or finger sponge, lift the stencil straight off, done. The quickest route to a convincing cyber or sci-fi look, even when you have a full queue of models waiting.
What is the QuickEZ Circuit Board stencil?
A reusable face paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).
The designs shown in product photos are examples only; the colour that lands on the skin is entirely your choice of face paint.
Size: approx. 11.4 x 14 cm, one design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang the stencil from a keyring or stencil rack.
Why pick this stencil?
- Airbrush and manual use. Works with ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura, and equally well with a sponge and face paint. You choose the technique that suits the job.
- Fast results. Press down, airbrush or dab, lift the stencil, done. Perfect when you are working through a long line of clients at an event, workshop, or cosplay shoot.
- Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it properly and store it flat, and it will last through many shows and shoots.
- Follows the body contour. The thin, flexible mylar sits flush against the cheek, upper arm, or decolletage for clean edges on bodypaint work.
How to use the stencil
- Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the Circuit Board motif.
- Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp face paint sponge.
- Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the edges will smear.
Tip for water-activated face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, blurring your lines.
Cleaning and storage
Rinse the stencil with lukewarm water and mild soap after use. Pat it dry gently and leave it lying flat until completely dry. Do not roll or fold it, as that creates permanent creases in the mylar.
Used ProAiir Hybrid? Rub a thin layer of mild soap into the stencil first, then rinse with lukewarm water. That loosens the alcohol-based paint from the mylar.
For storage: hang the stencil from the tab hole, or keep it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
