ProAiir QuickEZ Illusion 1 Stencil
The Illusion 1 stencil puts a cosmic, star-pattern motif on a cheek, shoulder or decolletage in seconds. Press it down, apply colour with an airbrush, a makeup sponge or a finger sponge, lift the stencil, and you're done. The quickest route to a festival or cosmic look.
What is the QuickEZ Illusion 1 stencil?
A reusable face paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).
The designs shown in the product photos are examples; the colour that lands on the skin is whichever face paint you choose to use.
Size: approx. 11.4 x 14 cm, one design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang the stencil on a keyring or stencil rack.
Why pick this stencil?
- Airbrush and manual. The stencil works with ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura, and with a sponge and water-activated face paint. You choose the technique that fits the job.

- Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it properly, store it flat, and it will last many festivals and shows.
- Follows the contour of the body. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits flush against a cheek, shoulder or decolletage.
How to use the stencil
- Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the Illusion 1 motif.
- Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp makeup sponge.
- Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the lines will smear.
Tip for water-activated face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, giving you blurry lines.
Cleaning and storage
Rinse the stencil under lukewarm water with mild soap after each use. Pat it dry gently and leave it flat until fully dry. Do not roll or fold it, or the mylar will develop permanent creases.
Used ProAiir Hybrid? Rub a thin layer of mild soap into the stencil first, then rinse with lukewarm water. That pulls the alcohol-based colour out of the mylar.
For storage: hang the stencil through the tab hole, or keep it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
