Diamond FX Metallic Mint Green 30gr - wax-based face paint

The Diamond FX Metallic Mint Green 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint with a glossy shimmer finish in a fresh mint green shade. The high pigmentation gives strong coverage that you can apply over other colours without bleed-through. With this 30g pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a little clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the surface with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the colour. Clean water keeps colours bright and true - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are specially made for face paint with smooth synthetic bristles that don't leave fluff behind. For detail work and sharp lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with clean water next to your workspace prevents colours mixing or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense or dark shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, allowing pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid this. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the colour is gone.

Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?

Large temperature swings during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear as soon as you start using the paint. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.
