The Diamond FX Metallic Sahara Gold 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint with a warm, golden shimmer finish. High pigmentation delivers a striking metallic glow that covers over other colours without bleeding. With this 30 gram pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface lightly with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the paint. Clean water keeps colours vivid and true - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that leave no fluff. For fine accents and detail work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas and smooth base layers, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your workspace stops colour residue from making the gold look dull or murky.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin coat of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier layer makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shimmer shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, allowing pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid this. Gently rub in the soap and rinse well. Repeat until all face paint is gone.

Large temperature differences during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear on their own when you start using the product. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.
