How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a small amount of clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the surface with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the paint. Clean water keeps your colours crisp - work with a water container and refresh it between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed for face paint with smooth synthetic hairs that leave no lint behind. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water container with fresh water next to your workspace prevents colours from blending together or looking dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cold to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse well. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.
