The Diamond FX Metallic Baby Blue 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint with a glossy shimmer finish, ideal for accents and highlights. The high pigmentation delivers a vivid baby blue with a metallic sheen that covers strongly without letting underlying colours show through. With this 30gr pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint
Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the surface using a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours crisp and true - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.
Tips for a professional result
- Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with smooth synthetic bristles that leave no lint. For detail work and lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
- Use the right sponge. For covering large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
- Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water beside your workspace prevents colours from muddying or looking dull.
- Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining (pigment residue) with intense shades like deep blue or turquoise.
How to remove Diamond FX face paint
Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cold to lukewarm water. Hot water opens pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Rub the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.
For a cleaner, quicker removal without scrubbing:
- Diamond FX Skin Soap - specially developed for removing Diamond FX face paint
- Remover Towel - a moist cloth that lifts the paint in one wipe, ideal at events and children's parties where you're painting many faces in a row
What to use Diamond FX Metallic Baby Blue for

Frequently asked questions
Why do small cracks sometimes appear in the face paint?
Large temperature changes during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear once you start using the paint. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.
Is Diamond FX safe for children?
Yes, Diamond FX Metallic is hypoallergenic, free from fragrance, parabens and lanolin, gluten-free and contains no animal-derived ingredients. The Metallic range meets EU and FDA cosmetics guidelines. If skin is sensitive, always do a patch test 24 hours in advance.
How many faces can you paint with 30gr?
A 30gr pot covers approximately 10 to 15 full faces, depending on layer thickness and technique.
What is the difference between Essential, Metallic and Neon?
Essential is a matte base face paint. Metallic has a glossy shimmer finish. Neon colours glow under UV/blacklight - Neon Blue, Violet and White are semi-transparent under regular light and only come fully alive under blacklight; the other Neon shades are opaque and vivid.
Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
Yes, that is one of its key strengths. The wax base and high pigmentation mean the top colour covers cleanly without the underlying colour showing through. Product photos are taken under professional daylight lamps without colour adjustments. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Compliant with EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009. Product photos are taken under professional lighting. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen settings.
