How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a small amount of clean water. Mist the surface with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours clear and bright - work with a water bowl and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed for water-based face paint with soft synthetic fibres that leave no fluff. For sharp lines and detail work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water bowl with fresh water next to your workstation prevents colours from muddying or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense pigments.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove face paint with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all colour is gone.
