The Diamond FX Metallic Cinder 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint with a glossy shimmer finish. Cinder is a deep metallic grey, perfect for accents and highlights on dark looks. With this 30 gram pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a small amount of clean water. Spritz a fine mist onto the paint with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours pure and bright - use a water container and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with soft synthetic hairs that won't leave fluff behind. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water container with fresh water next to your workspace prevents colours from mixing or becoming dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This protective layer makes removal easier and prevents staining (pigment residue) with dark or intense shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cold to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, allowing pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid this. Gently work in the soap and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?

Large temperature fluctuations during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. These usually disappear on their own during use. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.

Is Diamond FX safe for children?

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?

Yes, that is actually one of its key strengths. The wax base and high pigmentation ensure the top colour covers without the underlying colour showing through.
