Mouldlife Silicone Pigment White is a highly concentrated pigment for colouring platinum silicones such as Polytek PlatSil Gel or Mouldlife Sculpt Gel. What are Mouldlife Silicone Pigments?

Silicone Pigments are colour pastes formulated specifically for platinum-silicone systems. You mix them into your silicone before it cures, and they disperse fully and permanently throughout the material.

The Mouldlife range includes nine colours you can blend to achieve virtually any shade. White, Black, Red, Yellow, Blue and Green cover the primaries, while Brown, Dark Flesh and Light Flesh give you ready-to-use skin tones without mixing.

How to use Silicone Pigment White

Pro tip: If you are working with a deadener for a skin-like flex, add the pigment to Part B and the deadener to Part A, then combine both at the last moment. Always test your mix on a small sample before committing to a full batch.

Useful tips

• Keep your dosage around 0.5% of the total silicone weight for optimal dispersion without curing issues.
• Dose carefully: these pigments are so concentrated that a drop too many can make your mix unusably dark.
• Store the bottle tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
• Shake or stir the pigment before use to re-disperse any settled pigment.
• Use a separate spatula or mixing stick per colour to avoid cross-contamination between pots.
