What is Pros-Aide?
Pros-Aide is a water-based acrylic adhesive that dries to a strong, flexible film on the skin. It is suitable for delicate facial areas and remains supple after drying so it moves naturally with your expressions.
You use Pros-Aide to attach silicone prosthetics, gelatine prosthetics, bald caps, feather or fabric wings, and rhinestones to the skin.

How to use Pros-Aide
- Clean the skin with alcohol or a skin cleanser to remove oils and make-up.
- Apply a thin layer to both the skin and the prosthetic using a cotton swab or brush.
- Wait until the adhesive is fully transparent: this takes one to two minutes.
- Position the prosthetic on the skin and press firmly.
- Blend the edges with a thin layer of Pros-Aide Cream for an invisible transition.
- Powder thoroughly with a setting powder to remove the tackiness of the Pros-Aide.
Removing Pros-Aide
Pros-Aide is a strong adhesive and will not simply dissolve with water. Clean with Sherman Pro-Clean cleansing oil or Mouldlife Life Wipes (designed specifically for Pros-Aide). Follow up with a gentle soap to remove any last residue.
