How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Mist the surface with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours true and bright - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with soft synthetic bristles that don't leave fluff behind. For detail work and lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your work area stops colours from mixing or turning dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining (pigment residue) when applying intense shades over skin tone.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and drives pigment deeper into the skin - avoid it. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
