How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Mist the surface with a spray bottle, or dip a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush into the paint. Clean water keeps colours bright and true - use a water pot and refresh between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with smooth synthetic hairs that don't shed. For detail work and fine lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with clean water next to your workspace prevents colours from muddying or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining with intense shades such as turquoise, dark green, or dark blue.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Rub the soap in gently and rinse well. Repeat until all the paint is gone.
