The Diamond FX Essential Sea Green 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint known for its high pigmentation and strong coverage. The wax base lets you build up layers without colours bleeding into each other. With this 30g pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the face paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours bright and true - use a water pot and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are designed specifically for face paint with soft synthetic bristles that leave no fluff behind. For fine detail and line work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Painting Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water pot with clean water next to your workspace prevents colours from mixing or turning dull.
• Protective layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier layer makes removal easier and prevents staining (pigment residue) with intense shades like turquoise, dark green or sea green.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the face paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and allows pigment to sink deeper into the skin - avoid this. Gently work the soap in and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?

Large temperature changes during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, leading to surface cracks. They usually disappear once you start using the face paint. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.

Is Diamond FX safe for children?

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
