Superstar Fake Blood Dark Thick, Clotting 100ml
Dark, aged-looking blood that stays exactly where you put it. This thicker, clotting fake blood from Superstar gives you the look of dried blood, crust edges around fresh wounds or older injuries.
What is Superstar Fake Blood Dark Thick?
A thick, water-soluble fake blood in a dark red shade. The clotting formula stays neatly in place and clings to the skin. Use it to create old wounds, crust edges, zombie looks and dried-blood effects that look convincing on camera and in person.
Dark Thick gives the look of dried or older blood. Combine it with Bright Red 100ml for the wet, fresh centre of a wound - the two colours together give the most depth and realism.

How to apply
Shake the bottle well before use. Apply the blood with a clean brush or a make-up sponge, or squeeze directly from the bottle onto the area you want to cover. For a smear effect, dab with a stipple sponge. For fine scratches and spatters, use a stipple sponge or toothbrush.
Let the blood clot in place before working over it - that way it does not sink in further. Combine with Bright Red Clotting or Clear Thick Clotting for extra depth around a wound. Not for use in the mouth or near the eyes. CI 14720 is EU-approved for use on skin, but not on mucous membranes. Do not use this blood on or around the lips, mouth or eye contour.
Removing and washing
Remove from skin in three steps: rinse off the top layer with lukewarm water, then lift the residue with a remover towel, and finish with skin soap.
Got a stain on your costume? Rinse well with lukewarm water first, then wash at 30 degrees in the machine or by hand. On white fabrics or delicate textiles, test a small area first. This blood does not come out of all types of fabric equally well.
