ProAiir QuickEZ Bird Stencil

Press the stencil against cheek, shoulder or arm, airbrush or sponge over it, lift it off and your Bird motif is on the skin. With an airbrush, a damp make-up sponge or a finger sponge you get a clean bird design on the skin in seconds, without having to draw any outlines freehand.

What is the QuickEZ Bird stencil?

A reusable face and body paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).

The designs shown in the product photos are examples; the colour that lands on the skin is entirely your choice of paint.

Size: approx. 11.4 x 14 cm, one design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang the stencil on a key ring or stencil rack.

Why pick this stencil?

• Airbrush and manual. The stencil works with your ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura or just a sponge and water-activated face paint. You pick the technique that suits the job.
• Fast results. Press, airbrush or stamp, lift the stencil, done. Perfect when you have a long queue of faces or arms at a nature- or animal-themed kids party or event.
• Reusable. Mylar is tough and flexible. Clean it well and store it flat and it will last through many seasons of events and shows.
• Follows the contour of the body. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits flush on a cheek, upper arm, shoulder or décolletage.

How to use the stencil

1. Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the Bird motif to appear.
2. Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp make-up sponge.
3. Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the edges will smear.

Tip for water-activated face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, making your lines fuzzy.

Cleaning and storage

Rinse the stencil after use with lukewarm water and mild soap. Pat it gently dry and leave it flat until completely dry. Do not roll or fold it, or the mylar will develop permanent creases.

Been working with ProAiir Hybrid? Rub a thin layer of mild soap over the stencil first, then rinse with lukewarm water. That loosens the alcohol-based paint from the mylar.

For storage: hang the stencil by the tab hole, or keep it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
