ProAiir QuickEZ Honeycomb Stencil

With the QuickEZ Honeycomb you lay down a crisp honeycomb texture on skin or body in seconds, ready to colour with your airbrush, a damp face paint sponge or a finger sponge. It's the fastest route to convincing reptile, monster and fantasy textures on any surface you want to cover.

What is the QuickEZ Honeycomb stencil?

A reusable face paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).

The designs shown in the product photos are examples; the colour that lands on the skin is determined by the face paint or body paint you choose.

Size: approximately 11.4 x 14 cm, single design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang it from a keyring or stencil rack.

Why pick this stencil?

• Airbrush and hand application. The stencil works with your ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura or simply with a sponge and water-activated face paint. You choose the technique that suits the job.
• Fast results. Press it down, airbrush or stamp, lift the stencil, done. Perfect when you need to cover larger body surfaces with a repeating pattern without endless fiddling.
• Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it properly and store it flat and it will last many shows and seasons.
• Follows the shape of the body. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits snugly on curved surfaces such as an upper arm, shoulder or back.

How to use the stencil

1. Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the honeycomb pattern.
2. Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp face paint sponge.
3. Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the edges will smear.

Tip with water-activated face paint: keep your sponge damp but not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, making your lines blurry.

Cleaning and storage

Rinse the stencil after use with lukewarm water and mild soap. Pat dry gently and leave it flat until completely dry. Do not roll or fold it - mylar develops permanent creases.

Used ProAiir Hybrid? Rub the stencil first with a thin layer of mild soap and then rinse with lukewarm water. That loosens the alcohol-based paint from the mylar.

For storage: hang the stencil on the tab hole or keep it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
