ProAiir QuickEZ Stars and Swirls Stencil

With the Stars and Swirls stencil you put a sparkling stars-and-swirls motif on a cheek, shoulder or décolletage in seconds. It's the quickest route to a cosmic or festival look. Apply it with an airbrush, a makeup sponge or a finger sponge.

What is the QuickEZ Stars and Swirls stencil?

A reusable face paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).

The designs shown in the product photos are examples; the colour that lands on skin is entirely your choice of paint.

Size: approx. 11.4 x 14 cm, one design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang the stencil on a key ring or stencil rack.

Why pick this stencil?

• Airbrush and hand application. Works with ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura and regular water-activated face paint. You choose the technique that suits the job.
• Quick results. Press down, airbrush or sponge, lift the stencil, done. Perfect when you have a long queue of faces at a festival or kids' party.
• Reusable. Mylar is tough and flexible. Clean it well, store it flat, and it will last you through many festivals and events.
• Follows the contour of the skin. The thin, flexible mylar sits neatly against a cheek, shoulder or décolletage.

How to use the stencil

1. Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the stars and swirls to appear.
2. Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp makeup sponge.
3. Lift the stencil straight up. Don't slide it across the skin or the edges will smear.

Tip for water-activated paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint bleeds under the edges, giving you blurry lines.

Cleaning and storage

Rinse the stencil after use with lukewarm water and mild soap. Pat gently dry and leave it lying flat until fully dry. Don't roll or fold it - the mylar will get permanent creases.

Used ProAiir Hybrid? Rub a thin layer of mild soap into the stencil first, then rinse it off with lukewarm water. That draws the alcohol-based paint out of the mylar.

For storage: hang the stencil on its tab hole, or store it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
