The Mehron Mark Reid Signature #2 Round Long Bristles is a professional face and body painting brush with extra-long bristles of approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm). Designed to the exact specifications of world-renowned face and body painter Mark Reid for fine line work, long flowing strokes and swirls. The extra bristle length gives you more control over release and water flow during detailed design work.
How to use the Mark Reid #2 Round LB
Dampen the bristles with water and pick up face paint from a mixing palette or directly from the brush surface. The long round bristles hold more colour and water than a standard round brush, making them ideal for long flowing strokes without having to reload mid-stroke.
For fine lines, work with the tip of the brush. For sweeping strokes, lay the brush lightly on its side and let the bristles flow across the skin. The wooden handle has an angled tip, handy for gently removing stray bristles or dust from your design without smudging with your fingers.
Cleaning and care
Clean the brush immediately after use with Mehron Brush Cleaner on a tissue, or with mild brush soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and leave the brush to dry flat to protect the wooden handle from moisture damage.
