Mehron 3D Gel Blood Red is a ready-to-use, gelatin-based special effects gel for creating strikingly realistic wounds, scars and skin distortions. The colour is already in the gel, so you get instant blood-red results. Perfect for Halloween, film sets, LARP and stage.

How to use Mehron 3D Gel?
- Place the closed bottle in hot water until the gel turns liquid (honey-like consistency).
- Apply to skin using a Stainless Steel Spatula or brush.
- Let the gel set briefly, then model and shape with a spatula.
- Dust with Setting Powder and a Kabuki Brush to remove the shine and tackiness.
- Once set, you can colour the effect further with face paint, cream makeup or alcohol-based makeup.
Pro tip!
For extra texture, blend in Precious Gem Powder or Starblend Powder or Mehron Liquid Make-up into the warm gel, or add a glitter effect by mixing in fine cosmetic glitter.
