FBFX Flocking Snow, 20g (white)

FBFX Flocking Snow consists of very fine fibres that you add to silicone or gelatine when making a prosthetic. Snow is a pure white colour for extremely pale skin, frozen characters or a snow-white base mix.

What is FBFX Flocking?

FBFX Flocking are fine coloured fibres developed specifically for making realistic prosthetics. You mix the fibres into silicone or gelatine before the material cures.

Unlike standard pigments, the fibres don't dissolve. They stay visible in the material and create small variations in colour like you see in real skin. As a result, a prosthetic looks more natural and less flat.

Snow is your starting point for extremely pale flesh tones. Combine it with Berry for frozen skin with blue undertones, with Mauve for deathly pale, or with Ghost for a more natural light skin. Pure Snow on its own looks unnaturally white, so always combine with a skin base.

How do you use Flocking Snow?

Add a small amount of Flocking Snow to your gelatine or silicone before the material cures. Mix thoroughly so the fibres are evenly distributed.

Building a specific skin tone? Use Snow alongside other Flocking colours in small amounts until you reach the result you want.

Always start with a small amount. You can add more later, but too much Flocking can thicken the mix and make it harder to work with.
