FBFX Flocking Shamrock, 20g

FBFX Flocking Shamrock consists of very fine fibres that you add to silicone or gelatine when making a prosthetic. The Shamrock shade is a green tone used to portray a sickly undertone, decay or queasy skin.

What is FBFX Flocking?

FBFX Flocking are fine coloured fibres developed specifically for making realistic prosthetics. You mix the fibres into silicone or gelatine before the material cures.

Unlike standard pigments, the fibres don't dissolve. They stay visible in the material and create small variations in colour like you see in real skin. As a result, a prosthetic looks more natural and less flat.

Shamrock is added in small amounts to a Skin base for a sickly undertone. Combine it with Mauve for zombie decay, with Crimson for toxic wounds, or with Deep Black for deeper decomposition shadows.

How do you use Flocking Shamrock?

Add a small amount of Flocking Shamrock to your gelatine or silicone before the material cures. Mix thoroughly so the fibres are evenly distributed.

Building a specific skin tone? Use Shamrock alongside other Flocking colours in small amounts until you reach the result you want.

Always start with a small amount. You can add more later, but too much Flocking can thicken the mix and make it harder to work with.
