ProAiir QuickEZ Shamrocks Stencil
With the QuickEZ Shamrocks stencil you have a clover-leaf motif on the skin in seconds. Press it down, airbrush or dab with a makeup sponge or finger sponge, lift the stencil and you're done. The fastest route to a clean shamrock effect, whether you're working with an airbrush or simply with a sponge and face paint.
What is the QuickEZ Shamrocks stencil?
A reusable face paint stencil made from flexible, semi-transparent 7 mil mylar (approximately 0.18 mm thick).
The designs shown in the product photos are examples; the colour that lands on the skin is entirely your choice of paint or makeup.
Size: approximately 11.4 x 14 cm, one design per stencil. The tab has a hole so you can hang the stencil on a keyring or stencil rack.
Why pick this stencil?
- Airbrush and hand application. Works with ProAiir Hybrid, ProAiir Ink, Endura and standard face paint with a sponge. You choose the technique that suits the job.
- Fast results. Press down, airbrush or stamp, lift the stencil, done. Perfect when you have a long queue of faces to do at a festival or party.
- Reusable. Mylar is durable and flexible. Clean it properly and store it flat, and it will last you many seasons and events.
- Follows the shape of the skin. The mylar is thin and pliable, so it sits neatly against the cheek, shoulder or décolletage.
How to use the stencil
- Hold the stencil flat against the skin where you want the shamrock motif to appear.
- Spray with the airbrush or dab with a damp makeup sponge.
- Lift the stencil straight up. Do not slide it across the skin or the edges will blur.
Tip with water-based face paint: keep your sponge damp, not wet. Too much moisture and the paint seeps under the edges, leaving blurry lines.
Cleaning and storage
Rinse the stencil after use with lukewarm water and mild soap. Pat it gently dry and leave it lying flat until fully dry. Do not roll or fold it, as this creates permanent creases in the mylar.
Used ProAiir Hybrid? Rub a thin layer of mild soap into the stencil first, then rinse it off with lukewarm water. This lifts the alcohol-based makeup out of the mylar.
For storage: hang the stencil by the tab hole, or keep it between two sheets of paper in a flat folder.
