Superstar face paint is a water-activated schmink - you activate it with water. Use a brush or sponge:
With a brush
- Dampen your brush and work it over the face paint.
- Apply thin layers for the best coverage.

With a sponge
- Dampen the face paint sponge using a spray bottle so it doesn't get too wet.
- Rub the sponge over the face paint and apply to the skin.
