What are the Superstar Butterfly Sponges?
The Superstar Butterfly Sponges are foam sponges shaped like a butterfly wing or flower petal. That shape lets you stamp a clean butterfly wing or eye mask onto a child's face in one go. They work especially well with Superstar Dream Colours, so you can blend multiple colours in a single press.
How to use the Butterfly Sponge
Lightly dampen the sponge with a spray bottle filled with clean water. Load it with face paint, such as a Superstar Dream Colour, and press gently onto the skin to create the wing or mask shape. When you reload the sponge, line it up exactly as before so the colours stay clean and don't mix.

Cleaning and hygiene
Rinse the sponge with water and soap after each use. For a thorough clean, pop the sponges in a laundry bag and machine wash at at least 60°C.
