What are the Scarecrow Saber Extra Long Deluxe Vampire Fangs?

These are the original Scarecrow vampire fangs in the longest size: 27 mm fang length, for the most dramatic vampire look in the range. You get 2 fang caps that you customise once with the included acrylic mixture (comparable to the material dentists use for crowns). The mixture hardens and forms an impression of your tooth on the inside of the cap.

After that, the fangs snap on and off without any re-moulding. They fit over canines, incisors or lower teeth. Your choice. Scarecrow Inc. has been making these fangs in the United States since 1993 and holds a patent on the system.

How to fit your vampire fangs

The first fitting takes about 10 minutes. After that, they snap right on every time.

1. Hold the fangs up to your canines or incisors in front of a mirror and choose the position you want.
2. Pour the acrylic powder from the capsule into the included mixing tray and add 4 drops of the liquid. Stir for 30 to 60 seconds until you have a thick, toothpaste-like mixture.
3. Apply a small amount to the inner wall of the fang cap (not in the tip).
4. Press the cap over your tooth in one smooth motion. Hold still for 5 minutes, no wiggling.
5. Do the same with the second cap.
6. Remove carefully after 10 to 15 minutes: press your lower teeth against the fangs until you hear a soft click, then ease them off.
7. Leave to cure for 24 hours. After that they fit permanently to your own tooth.

Care and reuse

Store the fangs in the included carry case. Rinse briefly with cold water after use and pat dry. If they start to feel loose over time, you can refit them using the Scarecrow Recustomizing Kit, a refill set with fresh powder and liquid.
