Diamond FX Dust Powder Saphire is a highly pigmented, deep sapphire blue shimmer powder with a silky-soft texture. Apply it dry for a subtle sparkle or mix it with Diamond FX Fuse Liquid for an intense, long-lasting metallic finish.

What is Diamond FX Dust Powder Saphire?

A finely milled, highly pigmented colour powder from Diamond FX in a deep sapphire blue with a regal shimmer. The 5g pot is ideal for highlights, accents and metallic effects on skin, eyelids and body. It works beautifully for face and body painting, costume make-up and special-effects looks.

How do you use Dust Powder Saphire?

The powder works in two ways, depending on the effect you are after.

Dry application for a soft shimmer:

• Dab the powder onto a Diamond FX Kabuki Brush or a powder brush
• Tap off any excess and apply in light layers on skin or eyelids
• Ideal for highlights on top of a finished face paint look

Mixed with Fuse Liquid for an intense metallic finish:

• Drop a few drops of Diamond FX Fuse Liquid onto a mixing palette
• Add a pinch of Dust Powder Saphire and stir to a smooth, fluid consistency
• Apply with a fine brush for detail work, liner or larger areas
• Allow a few seconds to dry for a waterproof, long-lasting result

Setting and removing

Applied dry, the powder does not need a fixative. Mixed with Fuse Liquid, it sets by itself into a flexible film.

Removal is a three-step process:

• Wipe away the bulk of the powder with a damp cloth or a remover towel
• Cleanse skin with lukewarm water and Diamond FX Skin Soap for a thorough clean
• Wash any fabric that has been dusted on at 30 degrees with a standard detergent
