What is coloured hairspray glittersilver?

Goodmark Coloured Hairspray Glittersilver is a temporary hairspray in aerosol form that applies a glitter layer onto your hair. You spray it onto dry hair: the glitter sits on the hair, not in it. Each can contains 125 ml and is suitable for parties, festivals and costume looks.

How do you apply this glittersilver hairspray?

1. Cover your costume, shoulders and face with a cloth or old towel before you start
2. Shake the can for at least 1.5 minutes to mix the pigment through the propellants
3. Hold the can upright, about 20 cm away from your hair
4. Spray in short bursts over dry hair, layer by layer until you reach the coverage you want
5. Wait a few seconds to dry before moving your head
6. Want extra hold or a matte finish? Finish with your own regular hairspray

Tip: spray the glittersilver over a white or grey base layer for maximum shine. On very dark hair it still works beautifully, but the silver glitter stands out most against lighter shades.

Safety and warnings

• Do not use near open flames, candles or sparks: the spray is flammable
• Can is under pressure: do not pierce, break open or store near hot surfaces
• Avoid contact with eyes; if it gets in, rinse thoroughly with water
• Do not apply to chemically treated hair (such as recently dyed or permed hair)
• Not suitable for children under 6 years

Washing out and removing

Wash the hairspray out with regular shampoo in the shower. Work in two rounds: first lather well and rinse to remove most of the glitter pigment, then wash once more for a completely clean result. On very light hair, a faint silver shimmer may remain after one wash; a second wash with a conditioning shampoo will sort that out.
