Superstar face paint is a water-activated paint, which means you activate it with water. Use a brush or sponge:
With a brush
- Dampen your brush and swirl it over the paint.
- Apply thin layers for the best coverage.

- Dampen the face paint sponge using a spray bottle so it doesn't become too wet.
