The Moonstruck Effects Walker Teeth are premium walking-dead zombie fake teeth with an out-of-mouth design: part of the set falls over your lip, so it looks as if your lips have been eaten away by rot. Perfect for zombie cosplay, walking-dead events, haunted houses and SFX work.
What are the Moonstruck Walker Teeth?
The Walker Teeth are handmade fake teeth by Moonstruck Effects with an out-of-mouth design, described by Moonstruck themselves as: "With these out-of-mouth dentures you create the effect your lips are missing." Rather than staying inside your mouth, part of the set rests over your lower lip, creating a 'lips eaten away' effect that no standard tooth set can build.
The teeth are handmade in their own workshop in Belgium from dental acrylic, the same material dentists use for dentures. The set comes with fitting beads (thermoplastic moulding material) that softens in hot water. Use this to make the teeth fit your own bite, so they stay firmly in place while you wear them.

How do you use the Walker Teeth?
Place the fitting beads in hot water until they turn fully transparent and become tacky. Then roll the material into a thin strip and press it against the back of the set, where your own teeth will sit.
Place the teeth carefully over your own teeth, checking in the mirror that the set sits straight. Press firmly with both hands so the material moulds to your own teeth. Hold until the material is firm enough to hold its shape.
Carefully remove the teeth from your mouth and let the material harden fully in cold water; once the material turns white, it has hardened. After fitting, you can reuse the teeth without repeating the process.
With the Walker Teeth, pay extra attention to the lip position: the design is meant to let part of the set fall over your lip, creating the 'lips-eaten-away' effect. Adjust during fitting until the lip overhang sits right in the mirror.
The Walker is not suitable for wearers of crowns, braces or a permanent retainer.
Cleaning and storage
Clean the teeth after use with lukewarm water; for deeper cleaning, Moonstruck cleaning tablets are available separately. Do not use boiling water or aggressive cleaners, as this can warp the material. Store the teeth in the supplied storage box, dry and out of direct sunlight.
