What is the Diamond FX Splitcake Palette Glow?

This palette contains six Diamond FX split cakes of 6 grams each, with a mix of essential, neon and metallic colour bands. A split cake holds multiple colours side by side, so one stroke of your brush picks up a full colour gradient instantly.

Diamond FX face paint is a professional water-activated paint on a wax base. The fluorescent pigments are not classified as cosmetics under EU Cosmetics Regulation: use them for face and body painting only, not on lips or the mucous membrane around the eyes.

How do you use this one-stroke paint?

Use a slightly damp flat face paint brush or angle brush and stroke it across the colours of the split cake to load all the colours side by side onto the same brush. Then apply to the skin in one smooth motion for an instant colour gradient.

For lines, leaves, swirls and small one-stroke designs, flat brushes or angled one-stroke brushes work best. Build up in thin layers and let each layer dry before going over the same area again.

Setting and removing

On clean, dry skin the paint stays in place well. For extra hold during warm days, performances or long events, use a setting spray such as Mehron Barrier Spray.

To remove, use water and a mild soap such as Diamond FX Skin Soap. For stubborn residue, a gentle remover towel does the job.
