Superstar face paint is a water-activated paint, meaning you activate it with water. Use a brush or sponge:
With a brush
- Dampen your brush and swirl it over the paint.
- Apply in thin layers for the best coverage.

With a sponge
- Dampen the face paint sponge with a spray bottle so it does not get too wet.
- Rub the sponge over the paint and apply it to the skin.
