ProAiir Hybrid Blood Colors Pack, 6x30ml

The ProAiir Hybrid Blood Colors Pack is a set of 6 ProAiir Hybrid bottles of 30ml, put together for anyone working with realistic blood and wound effects. Five different blood shades plus ProLong Satin finish, so you have everything at hand from fresh blood to dried scabs. Developed for use with an airbrush. These colours can also be applied with a sponge or brush.

How to apply this pack

Shake each bottle before use. With the airbrush: fill the cup or side-feed using an Easy Pour Twist Cap or Snorkel Adapter. Set the pressure to around 20 to 30 PSI and hold your airbrush about 5 cm from the skin for sharp lines, further away for soft coverage.

By hand: apply a small amount to a sponge, kabuki brush or brush and build up in thin layers. Once dry the colour is smudge-proof and waterproof. Pro tip: Start with Blood Red as your base layer for a fresh wound, dab Road Rash around the edges for depth and finish with a layer of ProLong Satin for a wet sheen. For older wounds, switch to Scab and Old Blood as the top layer.

Setting and removing

No setting is needed. The drying process makes the colour smudge-proof and waterproof on its own. Want extra shine or a wetter blood look? Use the included ProLong Satin.

To remove, use pure liquid soap without water. Massage into the skin, wipe off with a flannel or baby wipe, then rinse with water. Can also be removed with Alcohol Activated makeup removers such as Mouldlife Life Wipes or Ben Nye Remov-it All. For quick corrections during SFX work, cosmetic alcohol on a cotton swab is fastest.
