When do you choose Fluorescent Blue over a regular blue airbrush makeup?

Choose Fluorescent Blue when you know UV light will be present, or when you want an extra-vibrant blue that also stands out under artificial light. A regular blue simply won't glow under blacklight.

For shadow or contouring a standard blue works fine. But for festivals, glow events and anything involving UV light, this is the right choice.

How to apply ProAiir Hybrid Fluorescent Blue

Shake the bottle before use.

With an airbrush: fill the cup or side-feed using an Easy Pour Twist Cap or Snorkel Adapter. Set the air pressure to a low to medium setting. For professionals: around 20 to 30 PSI. Hold your airbrush approximately 5 cm from the skin for sharp lines, and further away for soft coverage. By hand: dab a small amount onto a sponge, kabuki brush, makeup brush or fineliner brush and build up in thin layers. Once dry, within seconds, the makeup is smudge-proof and waterproof.

Setting and removing

Removal takes 2 minutes and shouldn't irritate your skin.

Setting is not required. The drying process makes the makeup smudge-proof and waterproof on its own. Want a little extra hold or a glossy finish? Use ProLong or ProLong Satin. To remove, use pure liquid soap without water. Massage onto skin, wipe off with a face cloth or baby wipe, then rinse with water. You can also use removers for Alcohol Activated makeup such as Mouldlife Life Wipes or Ben Nye Remov-it All.

For SFX work and on-the-spot corrections, alcohol on a cotton bud is the quickest option.
