Mehron Hair Silver is a professional liquid hair colour on a water-based formula for a temporary ageing hair effect with a realistic silver-grey tint. Suitable for all hair types and easy to apply once the hair is styled. The water-based formula does not damage the hair and washes out simply with shampoo and water. Ideal for character makeup of older figures in theatre, film, cosplay and Halloween. Available in a 135 ml bottle for professional use across multiple models or longer productions.

How do you use Hair Silver?

Style the hair into the desired shape first and make sure it is dry. Shake the bottle well before use to activate the formula. Apply Hair Silver with a brush, sponge or toothbrush by working small amounts through the hair. The toothbrush technique gives the most control and the most natural ageing effect.

Build up the effect gradually with multiple layers. The colour dries slightly darker than when first applied, so work in thin layers and wait for each layer to dry before adding the next. Concentrate the Hair Silver mainly on the temples, crown and top of the head for a natural greying pattern. For extra hold against smudging onto costumes or collars, seal the hair with a light mist of fixative spray once it has dried.

How to remove

Wash the hair with shampoo and water after use. Mehron Hair Silver is a temporary water-based colour and washes out completely without residue or damage to the hair.
