The Mehron Face Smoothie is a latex-free, hypoallergenic and fragrance-free foundation sponge with a unique acorn-shaped design. The pointed tip contours hard-to-reach areas such as around the nose, under the eyes and into the corners of the mouth, while the rounded base covers larger areas like cheeks and forehead evenly. That means one sponge handles both broad coverage and detail work. At approximately 6.3 cm tall, it sits comfortably in the hand. Suitable for cream make-up, greasepaint and liquid foundation for a smooth, airbrush-like finish, and suitable for those with latex allergies or sensitive skin.
How do you use the Face Smoothie?
For large areas: use the wide rounded base to work cream or liquid foundation evenly across the cheeks, forehead, chin and neck. Pat gently with up-and-down movements for a streak-free, airbrush-like finish.
For hard-to-reach zones: use the pointed tip around the nose, under the eyes, into the corners of the mouth and along the hairline. The tip fits into all facial contours where a regular sponge cannot reach. For an extra smooth finish: dampen the sponge lightly with clean water and squeeze out the excess before applying foundation. This gives an even smoother, more transparent result. Multi-purpose use: beyond foundation, the Face Smoothie works equally well for concealer, cream make-up, greasepaint and character make-up. One sponge for your entire daily or theatrical routine.
Care and cleaning
Wash the sponge regularly with a mild soap or make-up sponge cleanser under lukewarm water. Squeeze out gently without wringing and leave to air dry. Good care extends the life of the sponge.
